DFP Services

OKDFP collects and analyzes computers, cell phone, and other electronic devices, investigates these devices for information or evidence, and then presents easy-to-read written reports.

Digital Life – Investigation

OKDFP analyzes digital media to discover facts for potential use as evidence.  The forensic investigative process consists of collection, investigation, and expert analysis of data from digital devices for use in litigation, mediation, or general business practice. We can recover information that’s been deleted or hidden on the drive’s slack/free space. Our reports are delivered in English, with no difficult technical terminology or confusing explanations. We will work closely with you to determine the exact type of information you’re looking for, in order to deliver only relevant results.

Cell Phone Investigation

Cell phone reports contain all pieces of information extracted from the phone, including call history, text messages, contact lists, images, and recordings.

Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) Investigation

PDA reports generally contain recovered documents, emails, contact lists, and any other information on the device, even if it’s been deleted.

File Server Investigation

OKDFP can forensically examine file servers to examine or recover critical documents, files, or other information.

Email Server Investigation

We can recover emails that have been deleted, as well as search the entire server for specific and relevant emails and their associated documents.

Digital Life – Insight

Insight is a service to ensure your business has an effective, enforceable computer use policy and that your employees are following those policies in a way that limits exposure in case of legal action.

OKDFP will conduct random exams of employee computers on a scheduled basis – quarterly, semi-annually or annually.  Use the results of the analysis and policy change documents to show that your company has been diligent in enforcing your computer use policy.

The goal is not to locate particular members of your staff that are violating your computer use policy (although this may happen during the process).  The goal is to show that you are taking action to monitor and update your computer use policy and that you are willing to improve it and enforce it.

Digital Life – Preserver

Preserver is a service in which OKDFP experts create an evidence grade forensic copy of important digital information and provide secure off-site storage of this information.  This service is ideal for use during employee separation events or meeting the Federal Rules of Evidence guidelines for preservation of data in court cases.  If needed at a later time, this information can be worked seamlessly into the Digital Life Investigation process.

Digital Life – Employee Separation Assistance

OKDFP will provide expert assistance when it is necessary to remove key personnel from your organization.  From early stage consultation, to forming an action plan, through execution of that plan, OKDFP can assure you that the separated employee’s dismissal will leave limited liability to your organization.
